Mae'r Grŵp Gweithredu ar Ddigartrefedd yn edrych ar yr hyn y mae angen i Gymru ei wneud i roi diwedd ar ddigartrefedd.

Hoffem glywed eich syniadau am yr hyn sy'n gweithio'n dda a beth sydd angen ei newid er mwyn i bawb gael cartref diogel.

Mae hefyd gennym rai cwestiynau ychwanegol ynglŷn â chysgu allan oherwydd rydym am sicrhau bod Llywodraeth Cymru yn gallu gwneud pethau nawr i helpu pobl ar y strydoedd ond mae gennym ddiddordeb mewn clywed am bob math o ddigartrefedd (e.e. aros ar soffas ffrindiau neu deulu, bod mewn hosteli neu lety gwely a brecwast ac ati)

Are you homeless or have you previously been homeless -  We want your views

The Homelessness Action Group is looking at what Wales needs to do to end homelessness.

We’d like to hear your ideas about what is working well and what needs to change for everyone to have a safe home.

We also have some extra questions about rough sleeping because we want to make sure Welsh Government can do things now to help people on the streets but we’re interested in hearing about all forms of homelessness (e.g. staying on sofas of friends or family, being in hostels or bed and breakfasts etc.)  

Everything you tell us in this survey will help the Action Group understand how services across Wales can better help people who might lose their home.

Yng Nghymru, ni fydd y rhai sy'n casáu byth yn ein diffinio. Rydym yn ymrwymedig i hyrwyddo gwerthoedd a rennir a dealltwriaeth ledled cymunedau Cymru.

Mae Llywodraeth Cymru yn dyrannu cyllideb o Gronfa Bontio'r UE i adeiladu ar ei chynllun cyfathrebu cydraddoldeb a chynhwysiad. Ein bwriad yw comisiynu ymgyrch cyfathrebu troseddau casineb yn ystod 2019/2020, gan geisio i atal a lliniaru effeithiau trosedd gasineb ledled Cymru. Prif nodau'r ymgyrch yw lleihau'r nifer o droseddau a digwyddiadau casineb yng Nghymru ac i adeiladu cydlyniant cymunedol.

Hate Crime Communications Campaign 2020 Survey

In Wales, we will never be defined by those who hate. We are committed to promoting shared values and understanding across communities across Wales.

The Welsh Government is allocating budget from the EU Transition Fund to build on its equality and inclusion communications plan. Our intention is to commission a new hate crime communication campaign during 2019/2020, seeking to prevent and mitigate the effects of hate crime across Wales. The main aims of the campaign are to reduce the number of hate crimes and incidents in Wales and build community cohesion.

We are asking for your help to make sure our communications campaign has the right focus to help achieve these aims.
