Computer access and support
Computer access in our libraries
If you need access to a computer to complete your housing application form they are available at any of our libraries. Although booking is not essential we recommend that you book a computer in advance by contacting the library. Free Wi-Fi access is available in a limited number of the libraries.
To access the libraries, if you haven’t done so already, you will need to sign up to the Caerphilly Smart Card, which can take place at any of the council’s libraries or leisure centres or completing an online application. To sign up you will need proof of identity and address.
Digital Fridays
If you need help with computers, open access, drop-in sessions are provided every Friday at seven libraries across Caerphilly for anyone needing support to access and use this website or completing the application form or housing options wizard. Click here for latest locations and times.
